When you fill in our inquiry form, we receive the details you enter: your name and your partner’s name, email, phone, wedding date, venue or town, budget, how you heard about us, and anything else you choose to tell us about your wedding.
Your visit
To help us reply well, our own site script keeps a short, anonymous note in your browser of the pages you view on this site, roughly how long you spend on each, the site or link that brought you here (including any campaign tags in the link), and your device type and browser. It doesn’t use cookies, and nothing is sent to us unless you send the inquiry form. If you do, that short summary is sent along with your inquiry. You can clear it at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
How we use it
We use these details to reply to you, check our availability, send pricing, and plan your wedding with you if you book. Your inquiry is stored in our sales records and client management system, and our team is notified by email and in our team chat.
Payments
We don’t take card payments on this website and no card details are collected here. Payments are made through your client portal or by check.
